Delete your account

How to request deletion

Domailo is operated by Oryn Labs, LLC. To delete your account, which covers the website and the Android and iOS apps, email privacidade@domailo.app from the address registered on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". If you no longer have access to that address, tell us the organization name and the account email so we can confirm the request is yours.

We reply and complete the request within 15 days, and let you know by email when the deletion is done.

What is deleted

Your personal data: name, email, password (stored only as a hash), open sessions, connected devices and notification tokens, preferences and your links to organizations and mailboxes.

After deletion, you lose access to Domailo and connected devices are signed out.

What is kept

Mailbox emails belong to the organization, not to whoever sent or read them. If you are part of someone else's organization, the messages stay with it, and your name remains on the messages you sent.

Billing records and other information the law requires us to keep are retained for the legal period, kept apart and not used for any other purpose.

If you own the organization

Deleting the owner's account also requires deleting the organization: we cancel the subscription renewal and schedule the deletion of the organization, with its domains, mailboxes, messages and invitations, for 30 days later. Until then, you can cancel by replying to the same email.
