Acceptance

Domailo is a service of Oryn Labs, LLC (7345 W Sand Lake Rd, Ste 210, Office 3185 · Orlando, FL 32819 · Estados Unidos). By creating an account or using Domailo, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

Account and organization

The first person registered creates the organization and becomes its primary administrator. They are responsible for the access they grant to the team and for the domains they connect.

Plans, trial and billing

Plans are charged per organization, with limits on users, mailboxes, domains and storage. After domain verification, the trial lasts 30 days and requires a card; billing starts when the trial ends unless the subscription is canceled. Monthly subscriptions renew every month; annual ones are paid in advance for 12 months.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Plan reductions incompatible with current usage are refused, without deleting data.

Domain registration and renewal are purchased separately, with the provider of your choice.

Acceptable use

Using Domailo for spam, phishing, malware, illegal content or to violate third-party rights is prohibited. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but it may be affected by maintenance and third-party failures. Acceptance of a message by the provider does not guarantee delivery to the recipient's mailbox.
