Domailo is a professional email service for small teams. You connect the company's domain, create addresses like contact@ or sales@ and use an inbox in the browser. The administrator decides who accesses each mailbox. Billing is per organization, not per user.

Yes, from the Startup plan. Domailo has its own MCP server: with a personal key, compatible clients such as Claude, Claude Code and Cursor can list, read, draft, send and schedule emails in the mailboxes the person already accesses. The administrator decides who can use it, and the key can be read-only.

The price is per organization, not per person: Startup for $5/month (2 users, 2 mailboxes, 1 domain and 10 GB, up to 500 sends a day per mailbox); Essential for $9/month (5 users, 5 mailboxes, 3 domains and 50 GB, up to 500 sends a day per mailbox); Team for $19/month (20 users, 20 mailboxes, 10 domains and 200 GB, up to 500 sends a day per mailbox). On the annual plan you pay 10 months and use it for 12. The domain is purchased separately.

Create your organization, add the domain in the dashboard and set the indicated DNS records, such as MX, SPF and DKIM, at your domain provider. After verification, create addresses like contact@ or sales@ and invite the team.

Yes. You connect a domain you already own and verify the DNS records to create your addresses. Domain registration is purchased separately, from a registrar such as GoDaddy. Once it's registered, come back to the dashboard to connect it.

Yes. Startup includes 1 domain, Essential includes 3 and Team includes 10. The administrator can switch between the mailboxes of the organization's domains.

No. Users and mailboxes are different things: a user is a person with access; a mailbox is an email address. The administrator can link one or more mailboxes to each person, including sharing an address with the team.

Yes. A mailbox can be linked to several people, and each one signs in with their own login, with no shared password. People who are not linked to the mailbox cannot see its messages.

The dashboard shows the MX, SPF and DKIM records with the values to copy into Cloudflare, which takes a few minutes. The direct connection to your Cloudflare account, which creates the records for you, is still in testing. Records from another email service are not replaced.

The administrator invites the person by email, and the invitation link can also be copied and sent another way. They set their own password and access only the mailboxes linked to them. Administrators can access every mailbox in the organization.

Create the account, add a domain you already own and prove ownership. Then choose a plan and add your card in Stripe: the 30 days start at that point, with no immediate charge. If you cancel or payment fails, sending and resource creation stop, while reading, receiving and existing data remain available.

Domailo works in the browser, including on mobile. For now there is no IMAP or POP access and no native app, so the mailbox cannot be connected to Outlook or the Gmail app.

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: access continues until then and your data is not deleted when you click. You can reactivate renewal before the period ends.

The limits are the same. On the annual plan you pay the equivalent of 10 months in advance to use it for 12. On the monthly plan you are charged every month.
